Our Mission:
Our purpose as a Bible believing church is to carry out the Great Commission of Matthew 28:19-20.
Specifically, we are committed to Reaching the Unchurched and the Unreached by witnessing the gospel one on one.
We are MISSIONAL. The church is to act like a missionary in the community that she is trying to reach by finding opportunities for ministry among the people in their communities.
Our Church:
Lifeline Baptist Church associates with the Missionary Baptist Association of Texas. Our church was planted on June 4, 2015, by our founding pastor, David P Smith. If you follow the link for the MBA of Texas you will see our doctrinal statement is the same as that of our associational churches.
Our Worship:
We love to sing contemporary music blended with upbeat traditional hymns. We enjoy clapping, and lifting our hands unto the Lord. We sing everything from Gospel to Country to Contemporary.

Our Pastor & Wife
David P Smith has been in the ministry since he was sixteen years old. He gave his life to Christ as a very young boy. He began ministry while he was in Grand Prairie High School, Grand Prairie, Texas. Pastor Smith received his seminary training at Arlington Baptist University, Arlington, TX; Texas Baptist Institute & Seminary, Henderson, TX; and Liberty University Online, Lynchburg, VA. He has a Masters and a Doctorate in Theology.
Pastor David and his wife, Alice, have been married for over 50 years; during this time they have planted churches in Mississauga, Ontario, Canada; London, England; and assisted in church planting in Jamaica, Albania, Ukraine, Thailand, Myanmar, and Mongolia.
